Vice Chair

Every day, I talk to people from all walks of life and have found one common theme; they all want to succeed, but their basic needs are not being met. When basic needs are not met, the chance for success becomes far less than it could be. When I come across a human being with no access to safe, secure, and affordable housing, I think to myself, we MUST do better! That is why I was honored to join Visions of Hope! I have struggled to feel secure in my own living environments and I know, firsthand, the fear that comes with the unknown. I was grateful to have supportive people in my life who helped me in my journey but understand that many people are not so fortunate through no fault of their own. The possibilities become endless when we have safe shelter, food in our bellies and hope in our hearts. Really, what is stopping us from helping every HUMAN achieve their endless possibilities?!
